The Birth of A Company

Intergreen Resources, Inc. was registered on the 15th of June, 2006 in the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Within a year, it constructed its facility to undertake the project of recycling used lead batteries into world-class lead ingots for export.

The project was conceived by the Managing Director with a team of industry experts including engineers and environmental consultants.

A project study was made and consulted with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources for the issuance of the Environmental Compliance Certificate, which indicates the company’s commitment in running an environmentally sustainable project.

The Environmental Compliance Certificate was issued to the company on the 20th of September, 2006. With this commitment, the company built its laboratory and other control facilities prior to operation.

It has, since the start of its operation in July 2007, successfully produced soft and hard lead compliant to costumer specifications and maintained a consistent track record of keeping within environmental standards as verified by accredited third party auditors.

The built structures, covering over 10.000 sq. m.. are further expanding to accommodate more administrative facilities and health services to the company’s workers.
